✅ Done — widget redesigned:

  • Large centered modal overlay (560px wide)
  • Two tabs: New Issue and Open Issues
  • Open Issues tab lists all open issues with preview
  • Each issue has a comment box to post directly
  • New /api/issues and /api/comment endpoints added
